Last week I had a trial of their "Balance" class. It was a combination of yoga and pilates. 2 days later I really felt it in my oblique abdominal muscles.
Actually looking forward to trying some of the other classes :P
The first class starts at 6.20 in the morning.... but I doubt I'll be up that early on a regular basis!
