On one of the last days of Freshers week we went along to the Silent disco in McEwan hall.
McEwan hall is a great big building where official university ceremonies are held, so we were very surprised when we heared that the disco was there.
Silent disco is a great consept... where you are given headphones when you come in, so you can control the volume of the music and you can also change between two channels. The music is played by two DJs on the stage.
It was a bit strange in the beginning, but we got into it and we all loved it.
Try it if you have a chance!
We also went to a show with the Amatour Transplanst. A group of two doctors who make great funny songs, for example "the Drug song". Check them out on http://www.youtube.com/user/amateurtubing
It was a great night!!
